A full platform migration from Squarespace to Shopify for one of Wales' leading independent bike retailers — paired with a premium custom design and a complete overhaul of product categorisation.

(Challenge)

Ridebike Wales had outgrown Squarespace. A growing product catalogue with no structured categorisation, limited ecommerce functionality, and a design that didn't reflect the quality of the brand or the products they stocked.

(Our Approach)

We migrated the full store to Shopify, rebuilt the product taxonomy from scratch to make browsing intuitive across bikes, components, and accessories — then designed a premium storefront that matched the ambition of the brand.

(What We Built)

A custom Shopify store with a dialled-in design, structured product collections, and a seamless shopping experience built for both casual riders and serious cyclists.
